Service requests and communications

The service-request form collects your name, phone number, city, appliance type, brand and description of the problem. Required fields are marked on the form. A request identifier and submission time are stored with the request. We use these details to respond, discuss repair needs and arrange service; submitting a request is not a confirmed appointment.

Requests are stored in our hosted website records and accessible through an administrator-only enquiry inbox. Please do not submit card numbers, passwords or other sensitive information. Calling, texting or emailing uses your phone or email service; the text widget opens your messaging app rather than sending a website chat message.

Appointment requests also collect your city or ZIP, appliance model number or an indication you cannot find it, optional serial number and email, preferred day/window and an optional appliance-label or malfunction photo. Photos are stored privately and shown to authorized administrators using short-lived links. We arrange the street address privately when needed; no street address is required on the public appointment form. Requests can be linked to existing customer, appliance and job records after owner confirmation. A campaign source label, request identifier and any issued coupon code, terms and redemption record are kept with the enquiry.

Optional promotional SMS consent

The appointment form has a separate, unchecked promotional-text option. Service requests and coupons do not require it. We store the option selected, exact consent wording/version, opt-in time when selected and the originating form/campaign label. Submitting without selecting the option is not marketing consent. Authorized administrators can export consenting records, excluding numbers on our suppression list. We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing.

Marketing SMS sending is not activated through this website. To withdraw a recorded preference now, contact MMO using the details below; an administrator can suppress your number. Automated STOP/HELP handling and a messaging provider must be verified before sending promotional campaigns. See SMS and coupon terms. Service communications remain separate from promotional consent. Provider practices, retention and legal wording require business review before activation.

Website analytics and browser storage

Our first-party analytics records visited page paths, visit times, a referring website’s hostname, mobile or desktop device category and country when provided by our hosting service. It uses a random identifier in your browser’s local storage to group activity into visits, renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. The application does not store an IP-address field in these analytics records.

These statistics help us understand website use and improve the site. They are available in our private back office. Blocking browser storage may prevent visit grouping without preventing you from browsing or calling us. Staff sign-in uses browser storage to maintain an authenticated session.

A browser-storage flag remembers whether the labor-coupon popup has been shown, dismissed, claimed or completed so it does not appear repeatedly. This identifies a browser preference, not whether you are a first-time customer; private browsing, another browser or cleared storage can reset it. It contains no contact details. Coupons and appointment requests do not require promotional-text consent.

Hosting, fonts and external services

Lovable’s hosting and connected cloud services process website requests and store service enquiries and analytics. Website fonts load from Google Fonts; font and media requests share normal connection information with the services delivering them. Our public pages do not embed a Google or Yelp review feed: review links open those services, whose own privacy policies apply. Google Search Console is used to review search visibility, not as a visitor tracking script.

Details entered in the contact form are not sent to Yelp or Google Search Console by the form. Staff use separate private tools for business operations; access to customer and job records is restricted to authorized administrators.
