Do you charge for the service call?
The service call is free when you approve the repair — the diagnostic fee is waived and rolled into the completed job. If you decide not to repair, you only pay the diagnostic visit.
Can you come out the same day?
Most days, yes. We run Monday through Saturday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and hold slots open for no-cooling refrigerators and other urgent failures. Call or text early for the best chance at a same-day window.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most repairs are finished in one visit, usually inside an hour once the fault is confirmed. If a part has to be ordered, you get the price and timeline before anything is ordered.
Is the work guaranteed?
Every completed repair carries a written warranty covering the parts installed and the labor performed. If the same fault returns inside that window, we come back out.
