What we do on a appliance installation call
A new appliance is only as good as its connection. We install with the right supply lines, shutoffs, gas connectors and vent transitions, level the unit so it does not walk or rock, and run a full test cycle before we leave.
Delivery crews frequently leave an appliance in place without connecting gas, without a proper drain, or with a crushed dryer duct behind the machine. Those shortcuts cause the leaks, long dry times and error codes we get called back for months later.
Installations we handle: washer and dryer hookups including gas dryers, built-in dishwashers including drain and air gap, freestanding gas and electric ranges, and over-the-range microwaves. We can coordinate old-appliance haul-away as well.
Common causes we find
Correct gas connections
Proper connector, proper shutoff, leak-tested before the appliance goes back into place.
Proper dryer venting
Rigid or semi-rigid transitions rather than crushed foil duct — the single biggest factor in dryer performance and safety.
Leveling and anti-walk setup
A washer that is out of level will shake itself across the floor and wear its bearings early. Leveling is part of every install.
Tested before we leave
Every installation ends with a live test — fill, drain, heat, spin or ignition, as applicable — so you know it works before we drive away.
